This document will help you set Entourage for Macintosh so that it does not save messages on the mail server.

Open Entourage. In the Tools menu, select Accounts.

Make sure your CoreComm account is highlighted and click the Edit button.

Select the Options tab and look for the section titled Server options.

The checkbox that reads "Leave a copy of each message on the server" should not be checked. If it is checked, uncheck it.

Close the settings and save them when the program asks you to.

Entourage for Macintosh is now configured to remove messages from the server after downloading them.
