Re-configuring Your E-Mail Settings
Alternate E-Mail Settings
Some of our dial-up locations require you to use alternate settings for your E-Mail program. You should only use these settings if instructed to do so by our Technical Support department or if our Local Access Numbers utility indicates that alternate E-Mail settings are required to use that location.

What E-Mail Program Do I Have?
If you are unsure of what program you are using for E-Mail, follow these steps to find the name and version:
- Open the program like you would normally to get your E-Mail.
- Click on the Help menu and then click on About [program name].
This should open a window displaying the name of the program and the version number.
