Uploading via Microsoft FrontPage
Microsoft FrontPage is a very powerful what-you-see-is-what-you-get HTML editor that allows you to quickly and easily make Web pages about as easily as you type up a document in a word processor.

Once you've created your "FrontPage Web" in a directory on your hard drive, all your files are saved, and you're sure you've got what you want, it's as easy as 1-2-3 to upload the documents to your personal Web space provided by us.

If you don't have FrontPage 2000, FrontPage 98 has really similar features that allow you to do what we describe in this document, which may be near identical to follow through on.

*Note:  In FrontPage, there are certain components such as built-in hit counters, e-mail forms, and the like that REQUIRE a compatible set of "FrontPage Extensions" installed on the server the files are going to be coming from.

The personal Web space does not support FrontPage Extensions, since it's designed for simple, static Web pages (i.e., no active content, CGI, server-side calls, etc.).  If you try to use any of these features, they simply won't be able to work on the servers, so we thought we should let you know in advance.

Step 1
On the File menu, select Publish Web.

Step 2
Enter in ftp://my.core.com as the location to publish to.  Then, click Publish.

Step 3
Enter the username and password you were given for your personal Web space.

Step 4
The files will then be uploaded, one by one.  When it's finished, you'll see a confirmation message, telling you that it's finished.  That's it!  You're done.
