The CoreComm personal web page program exists for CoreComm customers to create information on the World Wide Web reflecting their interests, hobbies and background.

• You have up to 25MB with the CoreComm Complete Plan for your files. Disk quotas may vary for some legacy account types.
• CoreComm is not responsible for the content of any personal web page.
• Personal web pages are not reviewed in any way before they appear.
• The opinions and views expressed in the personal web pages do not necessarily reflect those of CoreComm.
• CoreComm customers can be held legally liable for the contents of their personal web pages.
• CoreComm reserves the right to delete any page from the system which is brought to our attention and which we find, in our sole discretion to be in violation of these guidelines, or otherwise is in violation of the law.
• CoreComm is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from our deletion of personal web pages, network or system outages, file corruption, or any other reasons.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreComm for any loss, liability, claim, damage, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or in connection with the contents of the member's Personal Home Page.

You may not use your free personal web page for any of the following activities:

• The display or transmission of any material in violation of any United States or state regulation, including but not limited to, proprietary or copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or judged by CoreComm to be inappropriate or improper, including blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity.
• Use for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to:
  • Offering for sale any products or services
  • Soliciting for advertisers or sponsors
  • Displaying a sponsorship banner of any kind, including those that are generated by banner or link exchange services, with the sole exception of those for CoreComm programs and content areas that have been pre-approved by CoreComm in writing.
  • Promoting or soliciting for participation in multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
• Displaying material containing nudity or pornographic material of any kind
• Developing restricted or password-only access pages, hidden pages or images (those not linked to from another accessible page)
• Developing pages that consist of hyperlinks to content not allowed in CoreComm

For security reasons, we do not support CGI scripts or .EXE files.

CoreComm reserves the following rights:

• To release current or past member information in the event CoreComm believes that accounts are in violation of these guidelines, as CoreComm deems it necessary and/or appropriate
• To delete the accounts of members who are in violation of these policies and have their pages removed without warning
• To deny membership to repeat offenders of these guidelines or terms of service
• To amend or change these guidelines at any time without notice
• To use images of customers' personal web pages for promotional and other commercial purposes

CoreComm reserves the right to modify this document at any time to serve our customers better.
